Andre “Bad Moon” Risen was arrested on Tuesday in San Antionio after causing a scene in a local hotel around 2am after learning the bar was closed.
When police arrived at the hotel, Risen and a friend were discovered to be so intoxicated the posed a potential threat to themselves and others. The pair were taken to a local jail for the night to sober up and were charged $85 before being released.
In the past two weeks, two contestants from the Jamie Foxx’s reality television show “From G’s to Gents” were arrested on two separate charges.
While Law of Hollywood Land remains bipartisan and does not endorse a candidate, there can be no doubt that this is most likely the most historic presidential election we will see in our life times. Voting for Barack Obama will mean the first African American in the White House. Voting for John McCain will not only set him as the oldest candidate sworn in to a first term but put the first woman into the Executive Branch of the national government.

Hip-hop artist MaryJane, whose real name is Alexis Miller, has successfully filed a restraining order against basketball icon Shaquille O’Neal, after she she made allegations that he has threatened to hurt her and has been harrassing her on the phone.
The court filing makes the claim that O’Neal specifically threatened to have her blackballed from the music industry by paying off musicians $50,000 each if they agreed not to perform or record with MaryJane. O’Neal was also alleged to have sent MaryJane “an unsolicited vulgar and offensive illustration of a man physically restraining a woman”.
O’Neal will appear in court on September 4th.
Donnie and Kim are heading to Splitsville
Kim Fey, Donnie Wahlberg’s wife of nine years, has officially filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The couple separated back in January.
Fey is seeking sole custody of their two kids and and give Wahlberg visitation rights. Fey is also requesting spousal support.
