Heather Locklear Arrested for Driving Under the Influence in Santa Barbara

Heather Locklear was arrested on suspicion of DUI Saturday night after local resident called cops when they saw her “driving erratically” as she left a parking lot.
California Highway Patrol found Locklear pulled over on the side of the road, blocking a lane, and determined that she was under the influence of alcohol or drugs and arrested her on the spot. No one at this time has come forward filing DUI injury charges due to her driving.
Locklear was tested and came out clean for alcohol. Drug tests are still being conducted. Locklear was later released without having to post bail.
Heather Locklear has confirmed in an interview with CNN that she driving on under influence of drugs!
